Master Han emphasises that Tai Chi isn’t simply gentle exercise."Learning the physical movement is only the first stage. After that you need to learn to coordinate those movements with the breathing, and after you have learnt to coordinate those well you learn to engage your mind, so it is exercising the mind, the breathing and the body together to get the maximum bene-fit."
