The Covid-19 virus has spread across the entire world and still there is no cure.  We are living in unprecedented times. Our regular life styles have been forced to change as we are self-isolated in our homes.  During the epidemic in China, doctors recommended to their patients the practice of Ba Duan Jin which is known for its many health benefits but in particular for helping to build and maintain the immune system in order to prevent infections. Lung function also benefits. It is also imperative to exercise regularly to keep fit and healthy.

Ba Duan Jin is a traditional Chinese health exercise that dates back over 800 years.  Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it consists of eight movements that when coordinated with breathing, help lung function and assists in the prevention of Covid-19.  It is easy to learn and practice and may be varied in intensity to suit individual needs.

A free online seminar will answer all these questions and teach you in detail Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin.

The seminar will be conducted by Master Han Jin Song, chief instructor and founder of Tai Chi Australia.
