Anne has been practising Tai Chi since 1997 and teaching since 2005. She enjoys teaching many Tai Chi and Health Qigong Forms (barehand and weapons), as well as sharing the health benefits gained from the regular practise of Tai Chi and Health Qigong.

Anne has attended extensive training in Australia and China:
- Grand Master Chen Xiaowang
- Professors Men Hui Feng, Kan Gui Xiang, Huang Kang Hui and Liu Yu Ping, Beijing Sport University
- Professors and Masters from the Chinese Health Qigong Association.
2004 – World Traditional Wushu Festival, Zhengzhou, China (gold medal for Tai Chi)
2001 – Australian National Wushu Tai Chi Championship, Melbourne (3rd place Trophy for Tai Chi)
Anne is a dedicated full-time Tai Chi Instructor, experienced in teaching regular and corporate classes, senior citizens, as well as children in schools. She teaches at many venues, including Balnarring, Boronia, Brunswick, Federation Square, Malvern East, Mornington and Mount Evelyn.
She has participated in many other sports in her life, from Gymnastics, Ballet, Water Skiing, Snow Skiing, to Horse Trail Riding, and her favourite spectator sports, apart from Wushu, are Tennis and Soccer.
Anne was born in the Year of the Tiger.
