8th World Health Qigong Tournament and Exchange

This event will be held in Melbourne, Australia from 7 to 12 August 2019. We warmly invite you, your students, friends and relatives to join us for a wonderful experience.

This event is a great opportunity to meet new members and renew acquaintances with friends in the Health Qigong community from around the world.

The health benefits of Health Qigong is enjoyed by millions of people worldwide. The competition and exchange continues to attract more participants which significantly lifted the standard and interest.

This year’s event will be bigger and better:

  1. IHQF highest level competition and exchange
  2. The first time held in the southern hemisphere
  3. Top level professors/masters coming to conduct workshops
  4. Presentation of the latest scientific research
  5. The first time to run IHQF accredited HQ Judge Course
  6. The last chance for conversion of Duans

Health Qigong Tournament

TCA begins Health Qigong classes

In response to many enquiries, in Term 1 Tai Chi Australia (TCA) commenced a class focusing on Health Qigong.

A small enthusiastic group meets weekly to learn the Health Qigong Forms and the philosophy of how and why they were designed to assist in overall health benefits, fitness and wellbeing.

The Health Qigong class is held every Thursday morning between 11am and 12 noon at the home of TCA, 2 St Edmonds Grove, Glen Iris. This is just a 5 minute walk from the Gardiner railway station.
