TCA begins Health Qigong classes

In response to many enquiries, in Term 1 Tai Chi Australia (TCA) commenced a class focusing on Health Qigong.

A small enthusiastic group meets weekly to learn the Health Qigong Forms and the philosophy of how and why they were designed to assist in overall health benefits, fitness and wellbeing.

The Health Qigong class is held every Thursday morning between 11am and 12 noon at the home of TCA, 2 St Edmonds Grove, Glen Iris. This is just a 5 minute walk from the Gardiner railway station.

Tai Chi Australia interview on Radio National

On Saturday 17 March, Radio National's Sporty program aired an interview with Tai Chi Australia about muscle memory and Tai Chi.

Half of the program is an interview with two experts in the field of muscle or motor memory.
The parts of the program that are specifically about Tai Chi and interviews with Master Han Jin Song and some of our instructors, run from 0:00 to 1:30 and from 14:30 until the end. The full program runs for 30 minutes.
