Seniors' Classes

Seniors Class

Just because you’re Over 50, doesn’t mean you are restricted to Tai Chi for Arthritis. At Tai Chi Australia, we specialize in teaching Traditional Tai Chi to Australian Seniors plus a range of forms that have been modified by Chinese Professors at the Beijing Sport University to make them more suitable for senior members of the community.

Our Seniors’ Classes are run by specially trained, fully-qualified instructors who understand your needs. Once you start your Tai Chi journey, you can keep going for the rest of your life. Some of our classes have been running for over 10 years with students ranging in age from 50 to 95. So, if you are over 50, or even over 95, don’t wait. Come along and try Tai Chi!

Outlined below is our current schedule of classes specifically structured for Seniors. From this you will be able to see all the venues, the forms taught at each venue, the times those forms are taught and who teaches them. Please feel free to attend as many classes as you want. For information regarding multiple-class fee structures please contact us.
